Welcome to our noodle-lover website! I am Kory, founder of The World Noodles website and experienced. I am an avid noodle foodie who has a deep love for noodles in all shapes and forms. Not a day goes by without me craving a noodle dish. From classy Italian pasta dishes to authentic bowls of ramen full of tasty broth, I believe there is nothing quite as comforting and filling as a well-made noodle dish.
MY STORY
I was born in Thailand, and my absolute favorite dish growing up in a Thai noodle dish called Rad Na. Especially when it’s made with Thai wide rice noodles. I was told that this love for noodles is in my gene. My great-grandmother was once the sole noodle supplier in a province of Thailand. Her homemade noodles were the staple of those who lived in that region for many years. And while she is not with us anymore, her love for noodles continues with me. She believed that noodles are more than just food – they’re a way of life. I hope to continue to share her love for noodles with all of you through this website. Over the years, I have been very fortunate to taste various noodle dishes. Each dish can be different, yet it gives a similar sense of comfort through the noodle component. I want to share my experiences with all of you here.
